Antwerp's beautiful diamond and sapphire necklace is made up of 17 round brilliant cut diamonds totalling approx. .30 carats. These diamonds surround a genuine blue, emerald cut (octagon) sapphire in the middle totaling approx. .65 cts. The necklace is made in 14 karat white gold and comes with a 16" white gold chain. Every diamond is hand picked in Antwerp, Belgium the diamond capital of the world.
